  4. Hi Group, My surgery was also June 27th. Nice to be a part of this group. How is everyone feeling? Are you getting in all your water and protein? It's hard for me to drink all the water,
  5. My story is similar to Hammer, I also had kidney problems for years but maintained by meds. Then in Feb my creatine went really high. Emergency surgery for dialysis catheter. Now dialysis three times a week for 3 1/2 hours. I am scheduled for gastric sleeve on July 27, 2017.
  6. Hi, I am currently on Hemo-Dialysis and scheduled for a gastric sleeve on July 27, 2017. Currently on the two week liquid diet. I have a 8 oz protein drink for breakfast (Silk unsweetened Almond Milk, Chocolate Whey Protein 32 grams) and then the rest of the day have 3 or 4 LiquaCel (16g protein) with only 3 or 4 oz of water. I tried the pre-made Protein drinks and they made my phosphorous go high. I also have Sugar-free Jello with protein mixed in. I also need to lose weight to get on the transplant list. Good Luck, HopeB.
