Hello everyone , I need help understanding all this vitamin regimen. Which vitamins do we need to intake after surgery ? Which are the best ones? If I take a multi-vitamin do I still need to take more vitamins on the side ? please help .

Yes! my dietitian said that it would not be enough calories if I intake four premiers a day. but too much protein if I intake 5 . She also said that "premier proteins are better for post-op patients" .

The reason why I'm saying I cant have premier is because my dietitian thinks if I have 4 of these a day it would not be enough calories. But If I have 5 It would be too much protein for one day.
