  9. I have more energy than I have had in years! I am 9 weeks out from surgery, over 30 lbs gone and down 2 sizes. Best thing I could have done for myself! Sent from my K88 using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. I read a lot of posts but I've never written one. I have my sleeve on June 5th. My highest weight was 368 but I started the sleeve at 298.1; I am now at 266.6. I feel like I should be down more based on what I am reading. I am having a difficult time eating. Nothing tastes good nothing sounds good; or it sounds good then I can't get it down. I am focused on getting my proteins and water in. My Nutritionist says I'm doing good and the support group I'm in says it's normal to have eating problems... Anyone else? 13. Relax!! Your body is adjusting to your new way of eating. Your metabolism is getting new messages!! It will kick in and the scales will start to drop. Mine did... Yours will too!!! Sent from my K88 using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. I had the same surgery on June 5th. I have no pain at any of my incision site and went back to work after a week but I'm a secretary.. I do however have the pain in my chest from swallowing. When speaking to my surgeon at post op, he explained that it comes from the hiatal repair. It seems to be getting better. Take smaller bites and chew well. Sip liquids slowly as it helps. Good luck Sent from my K88 using BariatricPal mobile app
