  2. hI tHERE I have horrible Scatic and back pain as well as anxiety and i use Hemworx CBD oil for all my pain.. never looked back at gabapentin, Vicodin, or ibuprohen again.. PAIN FREE
  3. omg yAY I HAVE A BUDDY ! .. I GOT SO NERVEXCITED WHEN THEY CALLED ! I START MY PRE OP DIET ON THE 16TH.

  5. Just got signed off today from the Dietitian and Physical Therapist.!!! I got my vitamin regimen for the 1st month post surgery. Its getting real! Now i am just going to get some things for the pre op diet and my vitamins and wait for the call with the surgery day.. looks like at this point it will be Oct 23 or Oct 30th. getting So EXCITED!! oh and i lost 3 more lbs over the weekend.. idk how Here is the vitamin Regimin for month 1: Bariatric Advantage Chewables Mulitvitamin x 3/day Bariatric Advantage Chewable Calcium 500mg x 3/day Celebrate Iron +C 60mg x 1/day Celebrate B12 Sublingual quickmelt x1/week For the 1 month post op our center only lets us choose from these two brands but after the 1 month mark our daily Vitamins can be other brands as well as a few others . 64- 80 oz of fluid a day.. and the shakes count thank goodness Our Protein Shakes have to be Whey isolate and need to have 20-25 gr of protein per scoop post op having 75-92 gr per day of protein.. i need 2-3 / day depending on weather i mix it with soy milk or not and my calorie intake post op until i get to have real food will be 600-800 cal. Curious to what everyone else guidelines are
  6. @KristyAB Thankyou so much for doing this .. I am pre op ( OCT 16 or 23 surgery date) so i am trying to keep a list of the great , good , bad and the ugly. I will add to this when i can !!!

  8. I want to be able to put on a pair of pantyhose or tights without ripping them or giving up lol ! I want to go to the yearly festival in my home town and people not know who I am and when I tell them I want cant wait to see their reaction ! I want to be confident when I walk into a room . I want to be able to walk on a plane and not ask for a seatbelt extender . I want to enjoy getting my picture taken of me and not crop the bottom half out I want my kids and husband to be proud to call me mom and wife and know the person inside me that is screaming to come out ! (I know they love me anyway but you know what I mean )
  9. Hi Everyone i just wanted to introduce my self on this thread Oct '17 RNY buddies. So glad for this website, it has answered many questions i have had and i am ordering my supplements off of here. I had my last appt with my Physicians Assistant at the Springfield Wellness and Weight Loss Center in Springfield IL today (9/21/17) Monday is my (crossing my fingers) last appt with my dietitian and my physical therapist ( I have been doing everything right ) then i should have a surgery date by the end of next week but i know for a fact it will be in October.. i am pretty sure on a Monday, So i am hoping for Oct 9 or t he 16th. will keep you all updated.. Nervous, excited, scared, happy freaking out lol!! So happy to meet all of you and look forward to our JOURNEYS!! HW 355.8 lbs CW 341.3 lbs GW 165 lbs ( i think)
  10. Hi.. I am new here.. like a few hours new. . Wow. the advice that BgR72 gave you was spot on with what is going on with me. I had my sleep study back in may and i just got my cpap machine last week. My surgeon said its fine i just have to have it with me in surgery, and i also need to just have a consultation with a pulmonologist before surgery.I Am at a 10 also. My surgery center also has stated that if you do have a Cpap machine , even if your regular settings are higher than 10. it needs to be set to 10 for surgery. Good Luck!!
