  1. I too am a slow loser ... I have lost a total of 35 pounds since December 31, 2018... and have not lost not 1 pound all of March or April in fact I keep going from 160 to 165 back and fourth. I Literally watch what I eat I count my calories staying under 900, I limit my carb intake and I hit the gym. Whats even more frustrating is I am surrounded by friends and co workers who have gotten the surgery and they do not work out ...and...they eat all day long...they don't diet. I have to remember not everyone's journey is the same right, and I guess I have to work hard at it, hard work is not bad, i'm glad I can hear from others though ... my goal is to lose at least 30 more pounds at least...
  2. Okay I went from sleeve to bypass on December 31, 2018, I have lost a total of 35 pounds since then and have not lost any more... I work out at the gym, and I literally count my calories and eat healthy. I also am worried that this surgery is not gonna work because unlike most people who have had bypass I can eat anything and everything ( I don't though) I never get sick, and I am always hungry. Is it possible that I am just an unlucky person that will never lose weight. I did not go through a second surgery to lose only 35 pounds...has anyone experienced this?
