  4. Eveeybody loses in a different speed. All depend on ur intial weight, activity, calories intake, etc. at the begging my doc said I was loosing faster than the average but them came month 4 and 5 and my weight now its going really slow. On 7/14 was my 5 month and I lost 60% of they weight I want to lose (not even sure if my weight goal its what my doc have in mind he told me I should lose 10lb a month and I already lost 82lb) anyway if you doc didn't say anything is because you are doing the right way. Keep it up w your great job

  8. 10lbs a month is how much my doctor said he expected me to lose. Everybody is different, heavier you are faster you will loose because you have more to lose, dont focus on other people lost focus on do the best you can
  9. Dear, that happens a lot w me, one day I step on the scale and its up then couple days late went down 2,3 lbs. maybe pms or liquid retention, when the scale goes up I focus on my diet. Unfortunately I wrk 12h shifts and being wrking lots os days leaving no time for gym, anyway focus on your diet and pounds will shred down
  10. The struggle is real. I have no dumping, no problem eating any kind of food. I often treat myself with food that I like in small portions and then I go back on track eating health. Im also 16 wks in and tried at all. When I feel that Im cheating too much I reset my break and go bk. My biggest problem is compulsion, sometimes need force myself to stop eating. Surgery its a tool on weight loss the biggest part its on our everyday choice.
  11. I had RNY surgery 4 months ago and tightened my tubes 4 days ago. Im still losing it. Didnt even know that could bring me any problem to lose weight, anyway had to get my IUD removed through surgery so I went ahead ando got everything done. Good luck for you and Im sure everything will be fine.
