  1. Thank you everyone, that was very helpful. I tried my best to keep cool about the stall for the first 3 weeks but when it was coming up on a month it was getting worrisome. It's wonderful to have your support and realize it's part of the process and good news, I dropped this morning! Your support means a lot.
  2. I'm so frustrated, I feel like I'm doing all the right things but obviously I'm missing something. I had surgery on January 4th, 2018, here are my stats: HW: 270 SW: 254 CW: 234 After only a month post op I've completely stopped losing weight for almost a month now. I've only lost 20lbs in 7 weeks. I know it's not normal to stall so early and for so long. I must be doing something wrong. I started working out last week (3x/week) so really hoping that helps. My doctor only said to work out and stop weighing myself so often. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
