  4. I had my surgery in dec 2016. I have not regretted my surgery at all. I started my journey at 450 lbs now am 288 lbs. It's a fantastic journey and well worth it. I feel awesome. I do believe the process should have more counseling tho pre and post op. I believe there are many reasons we all gained so much weight and it rarely has to do with food it usually is the good is just the coping mechanism. Good luck It's totally worth it

  6. I was looking in the mirror doing my hair the other day and realized my face changed and now it seems like since I lost so much my glasses take up half my face they hadn't before Congratulations on the loss keep it up
  7. Drink lots of water and keep yourself busy doing things to keep your mind busy like everyone says it gets a lot better It is so worth it in the end
