  1. Thank you for sharing I am glad in a sense so I won't gain my weight back....!!
  2. So Im wondering if out past 6 months to 1 year if our taste buds change back to the way they were before? I mean food tasted really good now I am finding not so much...Its like the faucet was turned off and I don't even enjoy going out to eat (thank GOD) its almost a chore to eat...I am eating to live now...I am happy just wondering if that is possible my taste buds will savor the food like in my past life?
  3. Our Dr doesn't have us eating carbs until 6 months out...I will hit my goal weight hopefully in 1-2 months...Carbs are hard to digest as well right now at my 3rd month out..Id stay away as long as possible since that is our source of number one weight gain anyway...until you hit your goal weight..I just look at bread and gain weight...Good luck!!
  4. Hello, sadly I am almost 3 months out... I still need to use Milk of Magnesia as well. I also use fiberlax and stool softners daily. That helps but I make it a point to "go" twice a week Wednesdays and Sundays. All these help move things along, if its backing up its painful and uncomfortable...Good luck!
