  4. It's different for everyone. It is a bit overwhelming...do this, do that , go here go there! In the end it will all work out and your surgery will be done. Then you'll continue to go here and there and do this and do that...but you'll be getting much healthier, wearing smaller clothes and probably feeling better about yourself.xo you got this!!!

  11. I have FEP (Federal Employee Program) BCBS. It's a three month process under my plan. Three appointments with a nutritionist, to learn and lose. A cardiologist, a mental health provider, an endoscopy (due to a possible hiatal hernia), 2 support meetings, and blood work. Whew that seems like a lot! Im on day three of earring healthier, and I already feel better!!! xo
  12. Oh, I'm just starting! My surgeon is Dr. Papvasos at HH. You?
  13. Hi! Just be sure to keep documentation of your conversations with your carrier. Jot down date of calls, rep spoken with and their answers. Cigna may have an online employee portal you can access to see what your benefits are. I'm in CT too! Hi! Good luck! xo
  14. Hi! Kind of funny...crashing will suck eggs though. I did Ideal Protein, and was in ketosis for five month (lost 72 pounds) all of which I put back on...Anyway, if you're having carbs and sugars you won't be in ketosis. Edited to add: when I first got inot ketosis I felt drained, and exhausted... Ive been eating, as per my nutritionist instructions, for four days and feel amazing! Perhaps it the change from one way of eating to another! Enjoy the "high"....here's to a virtual cheers that you don't crash to hard! xo
