    I had Surgery on 5-2-17 I honestly feel like I messed up !!! I regret this surgery every single day . I'm taking antidepressants and anti anxiety medications because I'm so depressed. I never took any medications prior to surgery . I feel like I need inspiration from people who have been successful with the sleeve.

    @Joann454 I don't think is healthy . I'm afraid of getting sick. I can't stand the food restrictions. I don't feel me anymore. I'm lactose intolerant now . I was never before . It make decision worst .

    @GAWildKat I have not taken any antidepressants before, but I did start taking anti anxiety medication a week ago .I'm very afraid and I don't know why. I'm losing weight and I'm not enjoying it . Before surgery I was excited and Motivated. After surgery I just crashed. I saw the therapist and I have another appointment with her soon. I've expressed to her all my worries. I hope this gets better .

      Everything sounds really good, perhaps a smidge advanced for being less than 4 weeks postop, but as long as your team approves, I won't complain about that.

      Did you make a list of the reasons why you chose to undergo surgery? Maybe revisiting some of your thought process will help. Everyone goes through some regrets now and then... but usually the further out from surgery you become, the less food restrictions there are, and the changing clothing sizes help with motivation...

      Yeah they did not give me a puréed stage . I was surprised. But I'm doing good with that.
