  2. Thank you! If you go out to eat at a restaurant, do you weigh your food? I have been thinking of buying a portable scale to weigh.
  3. Hi everyone, i am new here and only 4 days post op. I need to loose 65 pounds and have lost 14 since. Yey! However, the reason i have always been fat (up and down all my life) is not due to eating unhealthy, but because i ate huge amounts of food. I was never full. I am trying to get ideas in how i can mantain my small stomach in its size so i wont let it get big again. Any suggestions? Bassically i am afraid not to be able to keep up with my portion control. Please give me ideas, i deffinetly want to keep my weight and stomach small.
