I received an appointment reminder letter from my doctors office with a note that said "no pre auth needed for either ss. " I think it was a note for the doctor. What do you think it means? I was thinking selective surgery? Something to do with my insurance I imagine?

I wondered about how group dynamics will change. In a group of 4 I'm either the biggest or next to biggest, I think the biggest will have a bent nose if I start losing because the other 2 are pretty fit.

Maybe you could say, "Thanks for your concern. If I lose too much weight I'll ask to borrow some of yours."

Hi! Newbie here. I have my first appointment with the doctor coming up. I am wondering what to expect? Also, my insurance required 6 months of a doctors supervised diet. If I do really well on that are they going to deny me and say I am able to lose weight on my own without surgery? Thanks for your help!
