  1. Yup! I was told my protein shake counted, even my soup broth. That's great you found something that works for you. When was your surgery?
  2. I had my surgery on 5/8 and I still feel the pain. Very very slowly noticing it ease up. Congrats to you!
  3. I'm five days post-op for the bypass. I'm supposed to be getting in 48-64 ounces of water. I know protein shakes count towards liquid intake. I've been drinking the zero calorie Sobe LifeWaters because they taste amazing. Should I be just sticking to water??
  4. Same here, sugar free pudding was allowed on day 3 for me.
