  1. I'm hypertensive, diabetic, have high cholesterol and I'm bipolar. That's a lot of meds everyday. I've spoken to surgeon who told me all the meds come in liquid form and that was confirmed by my local pharmacy. I'm lucky because without the meds in liquid form I wouldn't be able to have a gastric bypass,I didn't want a gastric sleeve, only bypass can reverse diabetes. I live in England.
  2. I've been vaping for 3years now and I feel that I'm addicted to vaping. Is vaping seriously safer? It's still nicotine which can give you hypertension,I'm hypertensive already. I've halved my nicotine level from 11 to 6 but I seem to be vaping more to get that nicotine hit. I can't believe my bariatric surgeon said vaping was ok,especially when it clearly stated on the paper in front of him that I take 2 types of medication for hypertension. ! Have people found vaping nauseating after band surgery?
  3. Surgeon predicts 60lbs weight loss in total for me,my surgery is scheduled for the 12th June and after reading the success stories of fellow losers(!),I'm wondering if I'll lose up to 40lbs in 2 months too. Or will it be less as I have less to lose in total? Also after how many days( circa)post surgery will I be able to leave my home ?
