@slothritis , the Inspire protein powder I get is made for coffee, it's called cafe Bella and it makes it like a latte. And it's a meal, you should look it up. There's tons of flavors too

@slothritis, maybe think about getting a protein powder to add to your morning coffee, you'll get your first meal with your coffee, and get your metabolism going. I use Inspire protein powder, cafe Bella flavor in my coffee. It's heavenly.

Just me but I'd stay away from pizza.
