Good afternoon, I'm 3wks post opt and I scared to eat bc I'm afraid of throwing up. I don't know what to eat. I should be on soft foods but I'm not having any luck. I'm sticking to soups and my protein shakes for now but I'm suppose to be eating soft foods. Any suggestion on where I should start on soft foods.
