  2. Miralax was a life saver for me. I take it everyday and have had no issues with constipation. It's tasteless, odorless and works !
  3. I was sleeved on 3/1/17 and have been taking Omeprazole daily since surgery. For the last 3 weeks I have been experiencing pain in my left hip. I have not had any accidents or trauma to that area. Taking Tylenol does help, but the pain gets in the way of being active. I recently read that the Omeprazole can cause joint pain. I'm thinking I should stop taking it for a while and see if the pain goes away. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I see my surgeon next month and will definitely talk to him about it.
  4. Is this group still meeting? I'm looking for a support group in St. Louis/St. Charles area.
  5. The fatigue gets better, I was like that for two-three weeks after my sleeve. It's okay. Sleep as much as you can, make sure you are getting your fluids and protein intake. Try getting some walking time, that will help build up your stamina again. Weight loss surgery takes a lot more out of you than you think. It does get better and easier!
