  1. Doing well. Had some nausea problems post op day 3 and 4. Took Nausea meds. Much better now.
  2. Having gastric sleeve in 6 days. This is my 2nd day of liquid protein diet. Any suggestions on dealing with hunger pains? My husband was eating a chicken leg last night and I thought about snatching it out of his hand.
  3. I am having gastric sleeve on April 25(2days before my 59th birthday). I want to feel good in my 60s and years after that. I have teen age grandaughters and they have been my biggest supporters. I am doing this for me. I will be self pay, but I know it will be worth it.
  4. Anybody use Dr Stowers in Decatur, Texas? My surgery date is April 25.
  5. I have not had my surgery yet. Mine is on April 25. I have been trying different protein drinks. I like the Nectar brand. They have different fruit flavors. I like the lemonade the best. They do not seem as heavy as the premier and they have 23 grams of protein and no carbs.
  6. My surgery date is April 25(2days before my birthday). I was wondering how long did you wait before driving?
  7. Super excited. My surgeon requires 1week pre op liquid diet. Has anyone used the NECTAR protein powder? I have tried Premier shakes. They are ok, but I feel they are somewhat heavy. Also how long did you wait before driving?
