  1. Never thought of that maybe I will give that a try!
  2. I might try that as well though that's where I have a bulk of my pain is on my left side of my tummy. I know I have passed a lot of the gas already so hopefully it doesn't take too much longer for the rest to pass
  3. No I have just been walking a lot and using a heating pad. The Gas X makes me nauseous so... dang lol
  4. The gas pain isn't the best but I am doing pretty good other then that. Trying to make sure I eat enough and drink enough. But feeling very very happy with how things are going. Best decision I ever made!
  5. I was a basket case the night before my surgery. But try to keep focused on your why. It's over before you know it and you're onto your new journey and life. And honestly this is worth every second of discomfort I have felt and am feeling. I have never been happier in life because I have so much hope for what my future holds!
  6. Beautiful name. My real name is Louise but I have always used Emileana on message boards
  7. The hospital staff really helped with this. I did end up taking morphine while in hospital and they sent me home with a prescription that I have been taking ever since. But I only take 1 pill every 6 hours now opposed to 2 every 6 hours. Every day gets easier.
  8. First day right after the surgery was very hard but as every hour passed it got easier and easier. I feel good most of the time aside from the gas pain which is helped by a heating pad
  9. Mine was April 6th. Best decision I ever made!
  10. Dr Sampath and Dr Kovacs. Though I saw Dr Nguyen for most of my consults. I am doing pretty good. You might wanna get a heating pad for the gas pain when you're home... it does wonders
  11. Hi all So since having surgery I have started having bad foot pain in my right foot. Only when laying down. I don't appear to have any discoloration or a clot in my leg or anything. Could this be diabetic foot pain?
  12. Just got mine on April 6 in Richmond BC
  13. 4 days post op and up in bed with a heating pad on my back from gas pain. I have walked and walked and was passing some this morning but now it's back with vengeance [emoji22] hurts so bad!
  14. Ahh I am so nervous as well... but this will so be worth it!!! Sent from my SM-G920W8 using BariatricPal mobile app
