  1. I am so confused! I am 2 weeks and 2 days post op and the last 2 days I can't take protein shakes. I know they said your tastes will change but I would have thought it was immediate not two weeks post op. I have been trying different ones and they all turn my stomach and taste terrible! Even the ones I loved last week. I need advice or suggestions. Has anyone had this happen or is there one you really love?
  2. I was wondering what people saw for the first month/second month weight loss. I see a lot of amazing stories after 8 month, a year etc. it is very hard to be at the beginning of this journey. I am working so hard and following the diet but I am still large. I would really like to here what some people saw and how they got through the slow points. Thanks!
  3. I too have both PCOS and sleep apnea. I am only two weeks post op and have gotten my period one week after it, it was much longer than it used to be. I am hoping very much it helps with the PCOS. I would love to hear from some who is several month out!
  4. I was sleeved on 3/29 and yesterday and today have been my worst days so far. I can't walk for more than a minute or too without being sick. Hoping his goes away soon!
  5. Thank you all. It is the incision next to my belly button so maybe that is why. If it is still bad I'll call tomorrow.[emoji4]
  6. Hi everyone. I was sleeved this week and besides gas pain I am having horrible pain in one of my incision sites. I can't get up or move with out holding the spot in. It is so uncomfortable I feel like it is going to pop out. Has anyone else had an issue like this with one of their spots?
  7. This was the scariest part for me but I promise each day gets better. For me day 5 was a turning point. I stopped thinking about food and being starving, I got my energy back and I was forcing myself to eat and drink. I think the two week post op was rough but he second you get your sleeve it becomes easier. I am full on 2 oz of pudding, not just full, full and satisfied. Just remember the end goal and time will fly!
  8. I had my surgery on the 29th as well. I was only in the hospital for one day. I thought that was normal but when I got home I regretted it. I had a low grade fever on Thursday night, so glad it hasn't come back. I am really struggling to get in the fluid I need. I wake up all night long to sip because of how dry my mouth is. I feel like everything I do is stretching my stomach. I'm really concerned about not getting enough water.
