    *Update* Only 3 more days until my Sleeve surgery (June 5th)! I am on day 8 of my 10 day liquid diet. I just want to encourage others when you get to your liquid diet phase. The first few days were extremely hard for me, I wasnt just hungry, I believe I was fighting the extreme addictions to food that got me to this point. But by beating those addictions and staying strong on the liquid phase I feel so confident going into surgery! Not to mention I've already lost 19lbs in 8 days! You got this guy's, this is going to do amazing things for all of us!
