  1. I constantly have to spit up mucus that sits in the back of my throat. Yuck. Is there anything I can do get rid of that mucus?
  2. I have never craved fruit sooooo bad before. I just want to bite into a watermelon
  3. My husband just bought me some premier drinks and I can get that down really good... the only thing is that it said serve cold and my body reacts better to room temp or warmer liquids.
  4. I had water, and didn't like the taste, so I would add a little Crystal lite to the water, and sometimes a little apple juice. I believe it was the additives that gave me the heart burn, and it sounds like if I get the protein in I will feel better. All I have is the isopure, and I can not even get a sip of that stuff down (gross). Is there another liquid protein drink that actually taste ok?
  5. I was also sleeved on 3/13. I am still having trouble with getting liquids and I can begin to think about getting proteins in. I still feel a spasm everything I take a sip of any liquid. And I have been having heart burn really bad here lately.
