  3. My first visit I was 687 lbs. By my surgery date 12/28/15 I was 643 and now just over 14 months after surgery I'm down to 381. It's been a hard year having 2 surgeries (VSG and then a panniculectomy this past October) but it has totally changed my life...and given me my life back. Still plenty to go but I feel tremendous....as hard as this past year has been I'd do it again in a heartbeat with no hesitation for all I've gotten back in return.
