    Yes, I bought my Tespo dispenser about 4 months ago and I love it! We even bought the men's vitamin pack for my husband so he's switched the way he takes his vitamins. It's so easy and is gentle on my pouch. I couldn't take pills because they would hurt my stomach and make me nauseous. I totally recommend the Tespo!

    Hi everyone, love reading everyone's stories. I just had my surgery April 4th and as of today, I'm down 38lbs total from pre surgery 2 wk liquid diet. It's been 77 days and I was wondering if that's average or am I loosing slowly. I've seen others loosing a lot more in that period of time so I don't know if im doing good or not.
