  1. doing well. I had a tough surgery he had to fix the hiatal herna and undo the a nissen surgery I had 20 years ago. I stopped pain meds the next morning and started walking. and they released me Wednesday. the first couple of days hard to get the fluids down. but getting better. hot decaf tea is good. hot soup. and flavored water helps. I am using barbaric advantage protein powder with almond milk 27 gms it helps. and walking.. and your right it gets better every day
  2. 2 days after surgery I am waiting to se the surgeon to be released. Get off the pain meds as quick as you can and walk. As much as you can
  3. I have been on liquids for 6 days and on clear liquids today surgery in the morning Not having coffee is the worse
  4. Surgery in the morning exited and relived
  5. My surgery is tomorrow 8:00 am. Not nervous relived it's finally going to happen
  6. I am on my last night surgery in the morning I can't wait
  7. I am on my last day surgery in the morning. So glad it at 8am
