This is great to know. My surgeon told me to up my calories after a stall (I'm 6 weeks post op) and told me I could add some veggies and whole grains but I'm nervous about carbs. They always stall me. Broke my stall after increasing calories (750-1000 ( depending on activity and nothing but water. I'm down 30 lbs so far. Thanks for sharing and inspiring. Thank You! I'm drinking 64oz a day. My protein is between 85-95 a day. I just have this fear that I won't lose anymore. I'm glad it's a normal occurrence. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. It has to come off eventually! I also have a sugar free fudgesicle each night. My calories are never over 600. Do you think the sugar free treats caused the stall?? I'm 3 days post op. I have 3 little kids to care for. Hubby is back at work. Thankfully my cousin is here helping. She even brought her sweet little baby. I'd be lost without her. The pain and lack of energy sucks! I can't wait for healing and advancing my diet. Can't wait to be at my new normal. -

You should get in touch with your nutritionist. Maybe they can help you through this in a healthy way. You've done so much hard work. It's time to stop this gain and it's ok to ask for help

My surgeon only requires a liquid diet 24 hours before surgery day so that the stomach is clear is solid food. I'm going to do 48 hours to be sure I'm good and clear!

I meet with my surgeon Tuesday. I'm sure she'll start my 2 week diet then. I'm excited, nervous and can't wait to start my new life. I'm looking forward to shopping at Forever 21[emoji6] And wearing a bathing suit in our family vacation this summer.
