It's been a few days, be patient and walk, walk, walk. I took my med every time I thought I had a pain, just take it moderately, please don't get dependent on them.

I understand we're you are coming from, my husband i didn't want me to get the surgery. I believe he thinks I'm gonna lose a lot of weight and start acting different. I told him of course im going to change, my whole life is changing for the better. My husband is a hater.

Centrum made me sick, I been eating the gummies, but my surgeon don't know.

Did you try Atkins. I never liked the Premier even before my surgery. I'm 8 months post surgery & I drink the shakes ever now & then. After my surgery I was not able to tolerate any protein shakes. Just be patient.

Each surgery is different and each person is different, I have my sleeve on 6/28/16 & I ate collards for Thanksgiving & Christmas and I was fine. So I'll say give your self 4-6 months. My doctor didn't tell me to eat fruit, so depressing (I love pineapples, kiwis & strawberries)
