    @blizair09 I eat a variety of foods every day. Lots of protein. I couldn't exactly tell you how many calories I'm taking in.. I do use MyFitnessPal but I could log every time I eat. I weigh 249. This is my highest weight. Sent from my SM-G930P using BariatricPal mobile app

    Good evening, I am having a horrible time losing the required pre-op weight. I have changed my diet/eating habits tremendously.. I just feel at a loss! The nurse practitioner suggested the liver reducing diet... Open to suggestions!

    Hello all! I am considering the sleeve. I'm wondering for those who take birth control what affected did the surgery have? Did you have to change your method? What did you take before surgery and what are you taking now? I would love some insight.
