I ended up going back yesterday. They did some tests this morning so now im waiting to find out if i can go home again.

Im 2 days post op, going home this afternoon. Still cannot keep much down and my vision is still quite blurry. Anyone else experience this?

I was supposed to go home today but they are kkeping me another night beciase i cant keep anything g down and also ny visipn is completely blurred and they are not sure why yet

Im getting ready to head over to the hospital, I'm feeling so many different things,anxious, excited, nervous, and a bit scared [emoji13] I pray everything goes well and i can come home tomorrow. I don't really have many friends here but I have wonderful support from my family and boyfriend. It would be nice to have someone going through this as well though so anyone else having the surgery looking for friendly support, reach out to me!

Anyone getting sleeved this Thursday?! Its coming up quick, I'm so nervous!!!

My surgery is scheduled for March 16th, now that it's really official I'm feeling a little nervous. Any other March Sleevers? Any tips from people who have had the surgery would be great.

Finally heard back and I am approved!!! Now just need to go into the Doctors office to sign consents and schedule!!! I know it will be for March because my insurance ends at the end of the month (I turn 26 on March 27 so I fall off my parents insurance plan) I am soo excited

I didn't even think about it that way, I hope it works out! I still have not heard anything yet, I'm so impatient lol Good luck to you with your i insurance as well!

So just called my insurance for a status update on my pre authorization and was first told it was approved, then the representative said it shows approved in one spot and denied in the other so she will have to call me back after she can clear that up. I am so upset and nervous I hate not knowing what is going on! Anyone else ever have this happen to them?

Anyone have recommendations on Protein shakes and Vitamins? I've heard using bariatric specific brands are best to use but I'm not sure which brands are trustworthy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

My name is Jordan, I am a 25 year old female, waiting on insurance approval for gastric sleeve. I have finshed all my testing and appointments, everything has been submitted to my insurance so now Im just waiting for the verdict. Once approved, I will be having the surgery in March. Everything is happening so fast now im starting to get a little nervous.
