  1. It's more constant. Saw Surgeon today he said he isn't worried at all, even though I told him the pain was terrible
  2. I started to feel better today, still in pain especially if I laugh sneeze or cough, but otherwise feeling better. Each day honestly does get better
  3. I don't know the oz conversion, I am in Australia. I can't get a cup (250mls) down in less than an hour?
  4. I am 7 days out and still in pain, but only where the stitch is! If I take anything bigger than a sip I have pain, and then will burp... lovely Coughing is the worst pain for me
  5. The advice my dr gave me was sip, sip, sip. Whenever I have a free moment sip, always have a bottle with me, sip on tea, coffee, diet cordial. YOU CAN DO IT! We can do it together! I am only 1 week in and in terrible pain, but we can't turn back now! We can do this!! We can help each other lose the weight and sip sip sip. I have a cup in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge rooms, so everywhere I go I can pick up a cup and sip.
  6. You could search o clinic Sydney on google and they have set out meal plans on their website (under the band but same for sleeve) it has so much information and you can print them off. They are amazong
  7. I was sleeved on 15 Feb. I am still in a lot of pain with the stitch area my stomach came out of, sometimes I can't. Even walk without pain, In the morning I have paracetamol, and a glass of Water or diet cordial (sip,sip,sip). I have more water throughout day, I then have a shake around 11 but then the pain in side stitch is so bad I need to lay down, I then sip on water for the rest of the day with another shake at night (not even a full one;can't fit it in). What are other people eating? I tried a creamed chicken Soup today, I had one mouthful and couldn't do anymore...

  9. My side pain is like a stab, it's not constant but it is worse now than when I was in hospital (I guess I was in bed much more in hospital) dr said it was the large incision sight and that there is an internal stitch that can pull, it's about a 7. At hospital I was saying 5

  12. What? A sandwich 5 days out? I can't even take a mouthful of water and I was on 15 Feb. I don't think you are allowed to eat until 4-5 weeks

  16. What did everyone do to assist with the pain where the actual stomach came out and the internal stitch is? I can't even stand or have clothes touch it without hurting
  17. I am on day 6 BM was yesterday for me, and then again this morning! Are you passing wind? Dr advised as long as I am passing wind all is fine
