Yes you have got to remember to put yourself first at least for a little while so that you can take care of yourself and make sure you are going to be around for your 3 year old. I know it is hard, I've never been able to do it myself but I'm trying... Your mindset is in the right place though because you said you are going to pray on it and that is the best thing you could do! You can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you!! Take care PS I wish I could say that I love to work out, I don't like it much at all but I do enjoy walking.

  9. If you eat one of these things at least once a day, you shouldn't have a problem. i would eat 2oz. of one or the other and I haven't had a problem at all... I was banded on April 16th and feel great!
