    I will be 2 years out on Friday and lost 164 lbs. I had a major foot surgery in august that had me grounded for a long time. Could hardly walk for 2 months. Since then I have been a bit depressed and unmotivated. Got on the scale last night and realized I had gained 25 lbs. well that has snapped me out of my funk but I have no clue where to start.     I'm in the exact same boat. Will be 2 years on Friday and was down 164 lbs. I had major foot surgery in august and was unable to walk for some time. I gained 25 lbs. just joined this support group to get ideas on how to get back on track and support in the process. Just know we did it once. We can do it again. We got this!!!
