  1. Hi Everyone so this is the first time i am on this forum but i needed to reach out to a group that has been through what i have been through in hopes of getting me back on track. I had my surgery back in December 2010 i lost 144lbs and was on a great path. however over the past 12 months i have gaining nearly 40lbs and watching myself make bad decision after bad decision. I am terrified of the path that i am on and still having a very hard time understanding why this is happening. I have had some extra stress with work but dont want to make any excuses i feel as though i am almost sabotaging myself and more importantly i feel as though i am just expecting this to happen and excepting it. i feel as though i am giving up the intensity that i had to loose the weight after surgery i was working out making good food choices and now all of that has gone out the window. Has anyone gone through this and got back on track successfully I really need your suggestions thanks
