    Look up New Whey Nutrition Liquid Protein. They look like shots but have 42g of protein in them. U could probably even water them down.

    Hi. I know these posts are old but I'm only new on here. Having my surgery on 4/4 in Newcastle. Can't wait. I lost 60kg 15 years ago. I maintained that for about 10 years but 4 miscarriages later & still no live babies food got its hold back on me. Am ready to change that again.

    Hi everyone. I've just signed up to this. I saw my surgeon this week. I have surgery 4/4. I've found out my vit D is low & cholesterol is higher. Hopefully the surgery will sort out the cholesterol. But I'm excited & I can't wait. Over this battle but am ready for the next battle. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
