Keep in mind that there is a difference in nutrional value for the meal replacement bars vs. the regular sized or even the snack size that I've seen lately. It depends on your needs to the approriate bar you purchase.

Hello, I had my lap band surgery by Dr. Joseph Petelin associated with Shawnee Mission Medical Center. He is outstanding!!! I am not familiar with Tall Grass. But there are quite a few great drs. (by reading different boards) in KC. Good luck to you.

Yes, I have heard ppl say comments about wls being the easy way out. But, I have to disagree. When I laid on the operating table, hooked up to all sorts of machines, breathing tube down my throat and cut on.......THAT DEFINITELY WASN'T AN EASY WAY OUT!!!!!
