I have not been to any support groups just been doing it on my own

I only lost 9 lbs

I will be 2 months out in a week and still can not get my protein or water in. Even water makes me nauseous! When I eat I get maybe 2 bites in but that's it.

You have to get in your Protein or you will stop losing weight. I am almost a month out and at week 2 I wasn't eating much and didn't lose weight for about a week. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
