Does anyone have Medicare insurance? If so can you give me some insight as to the approval process? I have a rider through Viva I'm in Alabama but Medicare will be paying for surgery if I get approved. I presently weigh 234 5'2 BMI 42 no current health problems other than Bipolar disorder.
