  5. Is it too soon to be feeling the effects of fat releasing hormones? 7 days post op and I'm feeling super hormonal, moody, sad and regretful. Sent from my Y538 using the BariatricPal App This is a good question. Seven day mark today and I woke up with a headache , shoulder hurt feeling sad wanting to cry and having regrets myself. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App Good morning what i haven't heard anyone mention about the mood swing is the relation to the Meds they gave you. With my knowledge of Drugs I do find when people are on pain Med especially when they are coming off the pain meds they are and emotional wreck. Most pain meds chemically alter your brain function so your brain doesn't send the pain signal so it also stop your brain from sending sad signals. The sudden rush of emotions is your brain going back to normal. Word for a hood Dude Cocaine is a hell of a Drug!!! LOL Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

But to answer your question the day after surgery get up and walk if you don't you can develop blood clots and that can really fu:ck you up. So from pre op to post op get ya as:s up and walk Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App When you get tired rest once your rested get up and walk. Find reasons to walk what I did my grocery store is about a quarter mile away so when it was time to eat I walk to the store and back but I kept my cell on me and charged in case I had to call someone to come get me. 11. Are you proud enough!bold enough! to share your Pictures then and now cloths off but no Nudity please this is not a porn site.
  12. Fat people problems: trying to get in in and the furniture breaks from all the movement. Doing it standing up your gut and her butt equals no penetration.
  13. OK future EX fat people I should've mentioned that sex to soon after surgery will hurt. My doctor told me before hand not to engage my core for 6 weeks I totally did not think of Sex as engaging my Core its sex not exercise right. Was i wrong! don't get me wrong i put in work and during the situation it was off the chain but as soon as I rolled off her, yes rolled off I'm still fat not super fat just regular fat, I felted it in my gut. so just a warning to my future Sex Gods and Goddesses
  14. awesome keep up the great work!!!!
  15. I have seen on a couple of other feeds people talking about Stalling where you don't see any movement in the scale or see movement in the wrong direction. I know for me I was in shock when i first got out of the hospital to see the weight come off so quick I lost about 30 lb the first two weeks then it slowed down to maybe 10 a week I know I am addicted to my scale I get on it about 5 times a day> i freaked out on week 6 when the scale didn't do Sh\it for a week I was getting a little depressed thinking that I did this surgery and it didn't work I'm going to get fat again. But then the scale acted right and i lost 7 lb in a week. what i want to know is what do you do when you stall? And how often do you stall? does anyone else have worries when they stall?
  16. haven't heard of this issue. Have you eaten anything new?

  19. I am 65 days post-op and I am having fun. What i want to know from my fellow Post-op (Ex-fat people) what is it to you that make Sex so much better share and don't hold back. For Me the stamina is awesome I can keep going and going plus i seem to have lost weight but gain length in my manhood. And even tho I am still regular fat not super fat anymore I am so much more confident to take my cloths off and get to work.
  20. I am 65 day post op I have been walking all the time and climbing stairs. I started to feel pain in my cave. I had a massage and afterward the pain seem to easy up, but still there. The massage therapist said that the muscle was really tight. but I am addicted to walking now so it I didn't stop walking and last night while walking i felt a pop in my cave. The initial pain eased up but now going up and down stairs hurt. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
  21. I would call your doctor if you haven't had one in more than three days.
  22. I was told that the pain on the left if the bowel movement since that is the side where it takes place. have you had your first movement yet. I know i felt better after the first good movement.
