  5. Got a coupon for a BJ's membership, so went for the first time in years. Got yogurt, Protein shakes, a giant jar of PB powder, chicken breasts, ground chicken, cod, eggs, protein Water and a few other things. They still haven't cleared me for raw fruits/veggies yet, so this should hold me over for a few weeks. What else do you guys keep as high protein kitchen staples? Any other suggestions? Thank you for any advice! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal

  10. Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and just had my surgery on Monday Jan 9th. I just got home the hospital and although the pain has been gradually getting better, it's still pretty bad. Bending over and sitting/standing are the worst. It might be a Lille worse than a normal VSG surgery because the surgeon found a surprise hernia once she got inside that needed fixing. Thanks for any help! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal
