Thanks so much, praying the same for you as well. No gas pains for me just some pains with the healing. Nothing major, my PA said get tired of doing a WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING for 2 weeks. Nothing more than nothing until she sees me in 2 weeks. So I'm doing just what the Dr.Ordered......NOTHING[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23], and staying hydrated.

All you really need is, clothes to leave in (which can be the same you came in) , toothbrush &paste. Some same Gas x stripes incase you have gas problems. Definitely carmex or whatever lip balm you use. Hair accessories, some bottoms to walk in up and down the hall. I end up calling for feminine wipes. I came home today and didn't need anything but those. Blanket and pillow for ride home. Well wishes and blessings to you both.

Thank God Gas pain wasn't my issue. BUT THIS DRAIN TUB, THO!!!! OMG hurts soooo bad. Today should be going home day for us. I was the 20th as well.

Sending prayers with you!!!! The process will go soooo fast!!! It seems anyways, they roll you back and ask your name. Lay the oxygen on ur face and next thing you know...YOUR WAKING UP. My date was the 20th and found great!!! The drainage tube is of the DEVIL!!!! just a heads up. The pain meds r good tho. Praying for smooth sailing procedure and speedy safe recovery.

Chicken broth, jello and diluted apple juice has all manage to stay down well..THANK YOU JESUS.

Thanks so much to everyone. Day 2 of recovery...AND I FEEL JUST LIKE SOMEONE HAS CUT MY GUT OUT!!!![emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. Glad to say I still have no REGRETS!!!! DRAIN SITE IS THE DEVIL!!!!! It may be better for those that like pain medicine. I don't so I try to take as less as possible. But God is still AWESOME, he is sustaining me. Liquid diet should come at 12pm and we will see how that goes. Ttyl sweet people.
