  1. 2. I see alot of people are saying they could have lost more or the same amount weight without surgery, but I am sure we all xan recall some diet we've done in the past were we stalled, gave up, and gained all the weight back. With or without surgery U would imagine its has to be a forever lifestyle change. I should have my surgery in April, but right now I am learning to change all my habits as if I've already had the surgery. I cant really imagine what post op will be, but I know the struggles of losing and regaining weight and how commited you have to be no matter what plan you decide to follow. In addition I found that alot of people do not measure their food or count calories and many people eat some of the same food before surgery but in much lesser quantities. 6. Focus on your goals. Think of some fun things you would like to accomplish. For instance, I love to travel, soon ill be looking forward to traveling while feeling healthy, instead being tired & drained, and also feeling so conscience about my weight while trying to enjoy my vacation. Im sure you have some fun personal goals or things you are looking forward to, right! Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  10. Not sure if you found anyone but just hire a nurse or a housekeeper. Im sure it would be costly but for 2 or 3 days it may be worth if in case of an emergency. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
  11. I havent had the surgery yet and I am on another social site for people having the surgery. Ive heard many different version, as you know everybody respond to surgery differently. In view of why we are all here, I think it will be worth whatever pain or discomfort comes with it. Remember it wont last forever. The longest I heard was 4-7 days in regards to the gas pain and pain from the incisions Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
  12. My surgeon did not push any direction. Im going with the sleeve. I also have to do the 6mos diet for insurance approval. Next week will be #4. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
