  1. So what did you guys eat? I am three weeks out and just started on pureed foods. But I've mainly been sticking with cream soups. Anyone have a sample diet? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. @@Jazzzyjay feel the same way! I think we had surgery the same day. 1-18? Right now I just snapped at my husband, then started crying! He looked at me like I had lost it. And I have to go back to work Monday. Lol. I know it will get better though. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Feel the same. I'm 6 days post op and had Crying spell yesterday already. Feeling depressed. No energy either. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Tylelenol with codeine. I'm just 4 days postop and find I need to take it every 4 hrs. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I am three days post op now. I can't sleep in my bed but am sleeping in a recliner. If you dont have a recliner, try propping up with pillows. Lots of pain still on my left side so still taking Tylenol with codeine. Trying to walk as much as I can but exhausted. Good luck!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. I am two days post op and I've been getting headaches off and on and lightheaded at times. Trying to walk as much as I can but I am mostly exhausted and just want to sleep. Hospitals are definitely not the place to get rested! Trying to drink 30ml every hour but it's difficult. Belly feels full quickly. And lots of gas. But walking helps with moving the gas as well. It's common to feel like garbage after surgery. Your body has been cut into, a major part of anatomy has been rerouted and not to mention the anesthesia can cause headaches and nausea as well and so can the pain meds.
