  8. I'm one week post op i can hold down liquids I can even hold down blended Mills I can get in my 60 g of Protein drinks with 5 g of supplemented protein by pudding or yogurt is it OK to introduce decaf coffee at this point? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. 1 week tomorrow post op!.... I'm feeling ok, could be better! I'm excited to introduce some real bite to my diet! Soups are getting so old! Headaches daily! Oh and I had my first BM two days ago!.... thanks for all the information fellow people Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
