Thanks James I willing to experiment I just wasn't sure what I should or could have. The doctor gave me a list of things and I have tried them all for the most part except for miso Soup. Not sure where I can find that at. The sugar free popsicles have definitely became my best friend. Crystal light is ok. Diet Snapple, Powerade zero is way too sweet, as well as some flavored waters. I'm still drinking the Protein shake and now it's so nasty I'm starting to get nauseous wen I drink it. Jello is another best friend. I don't drink coffee and I'm goin to go get some tea and see how that works. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App- Newbie Here

Hi everyone I just had the gastric bypass surgery on 12/19 and I'm still on the liquid diet and I was wondering if there's anything other than the usual that I can drink. I'm tired of the Water, crystal light, broth, Jello, and ice pops, Vitamin water, diet Snapple. Do anyone have any other suggestions please Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
