  2. I'm two weeks post-op, struggling with Protein drink "burn out" I get sick to my stomach just looking at the drinks now. What can I do tp get in my protein? I have another 9 days to go in first stage. Also struggle with constipation. Help Sent from my SM-J700P using the BariatricPal App
  3. I had surgery on the 15th of Dec. Sent home on blood thinners injections. I started bruising after 6 days on the blood thinners and the Dr. Took me off. Struggleling with constipation and Protein shake burn out. Any suggestions? Sent from my SM-J700P using the BariatricPal App
  4. Try and get unflavored Protein powder. You'll be able to mix it with most things you drink. Please don't make the mistake I did and allow yourself to get the "Protein Drink burnout." Horrible experience. I was drinking pre-made drinks thinking switching up flavors would help me to avoid burn out.... it did not! My body shut down on all flavors at the same time. Then came the serious struggles. I had my surgery done though a weightloss clinic called "Nicholson Clinic" out of TX. They make this unflaverd Protein Powder called
