  1. Hey girl. I'm 3 days post op and I feel hungry too, but there's one thing I noticed and that's the fact that we're so used to eating that not putting food in our mouths makes us feel unnatural. I've stayed away from watching tv for a couple of days to avoid seeing commercials that would make me hungry. Aside from that, just sip Water when you do feel hungry and remind yourself that you didn't go through all that traveling and physical pain to eat and let yourself get depressed. You can do this!   7. I'm scheduled for my sleeve on Friday 12/16/2016 and I'm so excited. Thought I'd share the excitement of being able to see my feet, feel my kneecaps, and finally have a neck soon! LOL. What have you looked forward to pre/post-op your surgeries?
