Go for it don't doubt, my RNY was recently Dec 28/16 I feel fabulous, on my third day I had so much energy, I cleaned , map , my family was scared became was so soon , the reality I never feel so energetic in my life . How this tool of RNY is changing our life, mine was done Dec 28/16 and lost 11 pound doesn't look too much for 187 pounds but my diabetes (insulin) and high blood pressure was gone , no medicine it was need it . I feel grate, fabulous, and no hunger like you mentioned in your comments. I'm so happy that I am not alone in this journey. I am on full liquids stage 2 I need to drink 3-4 oz food or Fluid every hour during walking hours My questions is how many meals during the day ; how often is my walking hours every 1 -2 -3 hours I don't really don't get it, would someone help me in this process please. I praise God !!! I am very thankful to Him and my wonderful husband for their support, without doubt I couldn't do it without them. I just arrived at home under pain medication, so far so good. I am on a liquid diet. I am so exited to continue in this journey . Little bit of my medical history.
