  5. 2nd half of day 4 was much, much better. I was able to finish the rest of my liquids, my Protein drink went down without problems and the soup I chose for the evening did the same. No tummy cramps...whew... I guess I had a moment of weakness. Believe it or not the soup was red pepper and tomato....surprised the acid didn't bother but it went down and settled fine. On to day 5....

  7. costco has their calcium citrate and it is one tablet per serving vs. other brands of two tablets per serving.
  8. I am Day 4 post surgery, this morning went great with being able to eat chocolate pudding. Then moved on to my protein shake...tummy started to cramp towards the end. Waited and drank, then moved on to a cream based soup, after a couple bites had to abandon the soup as a no go. Most recently replaced with cream of wheat. It was better, but ugh... still have one more protein shake, meal and liquid to go... Hope tomorrow is better...
