    You're not alone. My last appointment was this past Friday. My surgeon gave me a guesstimate date of the surgery, but no true date. She stated that my paperwork would be sent over to the insurance company as well on Friday. So I'm waiting for insurance and surgery date. Oh I'm moving, planning a wedding and starting school .
